Reggie qualified as a solicitor from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies of Northern Ireland in 1979. He qualified in the Republic of Ireland in 2003 and has 45 years of professional experience. He worked in Belfast before returning to Fermanagh to practice in Fergusons Solicitors where he became Partner and subsequently became the Principal of the firm in 2018. Reggie has experience in all areas of Property, Probate, Estates and Licensing Law.

Edel graduated from Queens University Belfast in 2009 with a LL.B Honours Degree in Law and thereafter attended the Institute of Professional Legal Studies at Queens University Belfast qualifying as a Solicitor in 2011. Edel was admitted to the roll of solicitors in the Republic of Ireland in 2014.

Edel is a member of the Law Society of Northern Ireland’s Children’s Order Panel and specialises in family and matrimonial law. In particular Edel specialises in issues involving children to include contact, residence and care proceedings in the Family Proceedings Court, Family Care Centre and the High Court. Edel also represents clients in the Domestic Proceedings Court in relation to obtaining and defending Non Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders.

Edel has expertise in a range of issues following the breakdown of a relationship or a marriage to include, maintenance, separation agreements, Divorce and Ancillary Relief proceedings.

Edel also advises clients in relation to Personal Injury Claims and Conveyancing.

Jane graduated from Queens University Belfast in 2019 with a LL.B Honours Degree in Law. Jane joined the firm in 2020 as a Trainee Solicitor in order to undertake her professional qualifications at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies at Queens University Belfast.

Jane qualified as a Solicitor in 2022 and is engaged across a number of practice areas including Conveyancing, Litigation, Licensing and Criminal and Family matters.

James studied Economics at Queens University and worked in finance for several years before completing a Masters degree in Law in 2022 and enrolling in the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in the same year.

James is due to qualify as a Solicitor in September 2024 and is engaged in a number of practice areas with a particular focus on conveyancing and probate cases to date.

Ella is currently on her placement year from Ulster University, where she is completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Law. During her placement year Ella has been acting in a paralegal role, assisting Solicitors in various areas of the law including Conveyancing , Probate and Litigation. She assists Solicitors in correspondence with Clients, briefing Counsel and preparing court bundles.
